I think I remember either some website or Wikipedia mentioning he has limited psychic powers or someshit? I don't know. All I know is at some point, the Bluffers were convinced that his skin can pick up radio transmissions, but that sure didn't go as planned, did it?

Mike Jupp has a pretty distinct way of drawing the characters' faces. A style that shows pretty well in The Bluffers, but not as much in The Dreamstone, and definitely not as much in Bimble's Bucket, from the screencaps I've seen. I can't exactly describe it well, you'd have to see the promo art for The Dreamstone and compare it to the final animation to know what I'm talking about. It's pretty interesting in a way.
