Still got lots of Tumblr requests to do

Though I periodically sift through them to see which ones I actually want to do. That kinda helps me narrow down what to work on somewhat.

I also tried making Japanese style croquettes yesterday.

It's basically potatoes, meat, and veggies fried in panko. I didn't have panko, though, so I used Italian bread crumbs instead. Almost started a fire and now I know not to outright DROP the things in the oil.

They turned out good. Made some rice with them. My brother liked them too. Hope my mom tries them some time.
